First Priority Financial is both a Mortgage Banker and a Mortgage Broker.  We are one of the largest, if not THE largest broker in the US.  We are based in Fairfield, CA, not that far away from Santa Rosa, where I am located.

We have probably the best processors in the country, based in Fairfield, and I have a team of 4 processors that I use.  Angelica Stadnick, Maria Hannah, Denise Le Perle, and Rachel Schwind.  While we have many more processors, it helps to have a team, so that we know how each other works, and we can communicate effectively.

Our processing and files are all online, as is our communication, through our state of the art website.  We also get texts of any messages our processors send us, and we can access all information about our files, from our Smart Phones.  So while I may be out of my office, I’m never not connected to my team. Which is a good thing for you.  We can take care of any problems as soon as they arise, and move on to closing your loan.
